We’re starting the year with a new opening at 35 Jorge Juan Street, one of Madrid’s most exclusive locations, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! This iconic building not only stands out for its unique architecture but also offers a modern and stylish space that reflects our commitment to premium and flexible offices.

In June, we attended the Coworking Thermometer event organized by Proworkspaces, a key opportunity to stay up-to-date on industry news and discover how we can continue to offer the best service, alongside top professionals in the field.

Coworking Summit

In October, we had the chance to attend the Coworking Summit in Valencia—a giant brainstorming session with the best in the industry. A space to share ideas, debate the future, and exchange perspectives on the latest coworking trends.

That’s why we care for every aspect of the daily experience: rich, fresh-ground coffee to start the morning energized, relaxing break areas to unwind or get inspired, and bathrooms equipped with amenities for unexpected mishaps (like a button popping off mid-meeting). Everything is designed to make you want to come back!

• Sustainable coffee: We enjoy excellent ground coffee, avoiding the use of aluminum pods. The result? We’ve eliminated 130,000 capsules per year from ending up in landfills.
• Filtered water: We said goodbye to single-use plastic bottles long ago, replacing them with filtered water systems, preventing 65,000 plastic bottles from being used each year.
• Efficient recycling: We provide recycling bins in all our spaces to ensure waste is properly sorted.
• Responsible energy: We promote energy efficiency with LED lighting and systems that optimize consumption.
