How you move, how you talk and how is your image are key aspects, as they are the cover letter of your company. Your decisions will determine the perception and reputation of the business.

3. Have a future vision:

Sometimes, when one is absorbed in the routine of the company, is easy to forget what the real goal is, so a good CEO shall have a broad long-term perspective, be ambitious and never forget his / her entrepreneurial spirit.

As director of your company, you shall set the strategic direction (mission, vision and objectives), that the rest of the organization will follow.
