Lexington was founded in 1981 at number 141 Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, at a time in which a sense of ownership in Spain was still deep-rooted. Lexington’s founder imported this flexible workspace concept from the USA, and began to offer a streamlined solution to those companies in search of an office space in our country.
